NOTD: Revlon Red

Revlon Red (680) - £6.49

I'm a sucker for a classic red, theres so many takes on the colour that after reading review upon review i thought one more being added to the collection couldn't hurt could it?!
This is my first Revlon nail enamel and my initial thoughts?... Go invest!
The consistency is thick and 'creamy' without being clumpy and clogging up the brush I'll definitely be purchasing others! I personally feel the colour is a little darker IRL than in pictures but its still a fave, after all you cant really go wrong with a classic red manicure.

NOTD: Berry Ice Cream

Barry M's Berry Ice Cream // Hexagonal purple glitter

I'm attempting to grow my very own stiletto nails or what i prefer to call them, claws!
I feel im gonna need a helping hand in the form or acrylic soon though as they get longer, ive already lost a tip or two as a result of a bowling injury! Poopie.

NOTD - JRB Glitter

Rimmel - Black Cab
JRB - Silver Glitter #170
Miss Sporty - Transformer Glossy Tech Topcoat

So here's the festive nails.
I'm in love with JRB glitter polishes, they remind me of the Milani Jewel FX polish which is verging on impossible to find in the UK. I found this 'dupe' on eBay for a measly £2 including postage! safe to say I'll be getting it in the assortment of colours that are available.

NOTD - Models Own #Champagne

I'm neither yay or nay about this polish, don't get me wrong its shiny, pretty and an in between take on the usual silver & gold shades, but sadly no match for the daily wear and tear i must put on my nails.
Just after one day it chipped badly, so with a swipe it was gone.
I dont know if i was just expecting too much from Models Own, after all the only other colour i own is Juicy Jules and well, we all know that Juicy Jules is well known for her durability and pain in the arse task of removal!

Let me know if your experience is different or if you have any colours you think are a must, i've really jumped on the nail polish wagon again this month.
Loves :)

NOTW: Can a leopard change its spots?

I changed this to Nail Of The Week rather than Nail Of The Day as i wont be attempting it again anytime soon (not to say never again) never has a shaky hand come in so much use!

Here's my first attempt at Leopard Print Nails! I'm quite partial to them.

What do you think?

NOTD.

Nails Inc. Birdcage Walk & 17 Glitter Topcoat

i love this combo, as you can tell wil the half full bottles, birdcage walk is probably my favourite shade alongside ebury mews (very light lilac shade) Im not sure if this can be picked up on the website anymore but luckily i have a little left, So it looks like an ebay job when its well and truly finished with.

The Candy Shop collection looks scrummy too... i think i might just need this.

"Shopping is cheaper than therapy"

I've been a busy little bunny lately and thought it would only be right to show you the pretties I've bought recently.A side note: Primark is a dangerous place! even if you don't want, need or have any intention of buying anything, you will... its a given.

I decided to pick up a few bits for the days i will be spending at Leeds Festival, Oh and some for well just the sake of them being pretty i suppose.

Top: Primark £6.00*
Shorts: River Island (Previous purchase)

Top: Vintage
Shorts: Primark £10.00

Top: H&M £5.00*
Shorts: Primark £10.00
(seen them before? I couldn't decide on the dark denim or the light so i um got both?!)

Earings: Primark £1.00, £2.00, £2.00
Feathers are absolutely everywhere at the moment, on earings, necklaces and even hair extensions??!! (I'll be grabbing some of those soon!) I love how the orange just pops on the white and you cant really go wrong with classic black, last but not least the peacock (love)

Earings: Select £2.99
I love a cute pair of earings and cute these are.

Nail Varnish: Select (BeautyUK) £5.00*
These nail polishes were a cheap and cheerful purchase, they cost around £5.00 for 6 small bottles. The colours are gorgeous but they do require a few coats (above picture: 4 coats along with a top coat)

Shoes: Select £25.00I very rarely if ever go in to select but i saw these in the window and couldn't resist trying them on... which lead to buying them.
Cork & Nude = Had to have them, perfect the summer wardrobe

Shoes: Garage shoes £35.00
Although i fear for my ankles when wearing these they are remarkably comfy and i LOVE a good sky scrapper heel! I've been pairing them with everything from maxis to my all time fave Topshop skinnies.
